The Design Plan is the foundation for the Design. Once we have gathered all the intel from our Intake form, Questionnaire, and Zoom Consultation, we get to work on the Design Plan. It includes your mood and concept board, a color palette with paint selections, all of the sourced Finishes, Fixtures, and Furnishings on a 2D Board, your shopping list with links, and the implementation directions.

With rising prices, material delays, and many other factors involved in a project, we believe it’s essential for you to understand your numbers. This information pertains only to the Design side, allowing you to have a clear view of what it would cost to have the rooms you want designed.

No, we operate Virtually, however our streamlined and professional process makes this a collaborative approach to design. Your designer will be there every step of the way and available during business hours to answer any questions you may have. If you are a local client (in the CNY area) and would prefer an in-home experience, please let us know, you might want our Designer for a Day add on service!

This depends on the scope of work. For example, most homeowners have their tradesmen lined up first, but in some cases, we are hired first as the Visionaries for the project (preferred but, we are flexible!). We do have tradesmen we like to use, however, the project would need to be lined up well in advance to make sure they are able to take on the project. We do not have architects, so if you are working with one, we would be happy to collaborate! Being able to work together as a team, takes the workload and stress off your plate, ensures everyone is on on the same page, and the project gets executed seamlessly!

Absolutely not, this has just been our main clientele since we started 3 years ago. We would never deny someone great design. The Client Intake Form is our way of making sure whoever fills out that form, that we are a good fit for their project.

Think of a mood board brought to life with the fixtures, finishes, and furnishings that were selected by your designer that are going into your home. They are laid out beautifully for the materials, colors, and textures to visually tell the story of the rooms.

For example, a Kitchen Room Board will have your color palette, knobs, pulls, cabinets, lighting, faucets, countertops, backsplash and more!

If you are doing a simple refresh, we provide instructions on how to measure your space to create the existing floor plan so we can optimize your space for spatial planning.

If you are doing a renovation or new build, we will work with your architect and general contractor to ensure we have a copy of the desired floor plan in order to optimize for spatial Planning.

Kitchens, Bathrooms, Living Rooms/Family Rooms, Primary Bedrooms/ Guest rooms, and Home Offices.

Once you have finished the client intake form and the questionnaire, we will send you the link to purchase the appropriate service for your home project. If you are purchasing multiple spaces, they need to be purchased separately. Purchases are made through the secure website payment portal.

Your General Contractor or Builder will do the physical build of the project, including electrical and plumbing. As the Design part of your project, we Source all of the Furnishings, Fixtures, and finishes from our high-end vendors and retailers. We communicate with your General Contractor on certain aspects of the project to ensure the design vision is being executed just the way you want!
