The Cottage on Kingsley is a Design and Lifestyle Studio dedicated to assisting Leading Women in Business with their Home Renovations and New Builds by working with their Tradesmen and addressing inquiries while executing the Client’s Design Aesthetic, creating Functional, Coeshive and Beautiful Design for their Home.
Our Design Plan and Sourcing Services are the ideal complement to your next home renovation or new build project. We develop the design from the ground up, covering everything from finishes, furnishings, and fixtures to optimal layouts for your space. We create cohesive color palettes throughout your home, as well as 2D room boards to communicate the design effectively to you and your tradesmen, ensuring a seamless execution.
Getting started with us is straightforward. The first phase is the Client Inquiry phase, where you complete our client inquiry form. Next is the Client Onboarding phase, during which we officially welcome you and explore the project in detail. The third phase involves developing the design while ensuring open communication among us, your general contractor (GC), and you, so everyone stays aligned with the design process. Finally, the fourth phase consists of completing and delivering the revisions and final design to you and your General Contractor (or some friends, and a great Cab), preparing you for implementation.
