About the Brand
DESIGN first —
BUILD SECOND
The Cottage on Kingsley is more than interior design—it's thoughtful planning, trusted collaboration with your builder, and confidence in the decisions ahead.
ABOUT THE BRAND
We believe every successful major renovation and custom new build begins long before construction starts. By joining the project team early alongside your Architect and your Builder, we translate the vision into reality, coordinate critical decisions, and help guide a project through the many moving parts required to create a successful outcome: your finished home.
"We worked with The Cottage on Kingsley to renovate our Kitchen, and it was a success!

ABOUT
THE DESIGNER
I’m Jess, Creative Director, Interior Designer, and Hospitality Experience Specialist. Equally versed in design and hospitality, I bring the perspective of both worlds to every project—with excellence as the standard
My background in hospitality and design shapes everything I create—I am drawn to clean lines, timeless composition, and considered detail. Featured in CNY Magazine, my work is recognized for its balance of elevated design and the warmth of genuine hospitality.
For me, design isn't about perfection—it's about designing around the way you actually live.
Growing up as a builder's daughter gave me an early appreciation for the people, decisions, and collaboration that turn a design into a finished home. It gave me the ability to recognize that design is far more than aesthetics. The way a home functions is shaped by decisions made early in the process—how rooms connect, how your family moves through the home, where lighting is placed, and how the architecture supports everyday life.
Best, Jess
